【 OFF-WORLDER HOUSING 】
After characters arrive, they are transported by bus to a single high-rise building in Seisa only a few blocks from the river. The building is in good repair, boasting beautiful views of Seisa's and neighboring Samak's riverfront.
The building has 26 floors of residential space with eight units on each floor. The first two floors house community amenities. The first floor is home to small grocery, a barber/beauty salon, a restaurant, a business center, and laundry facilities. The second floor has a swimming pool, spa, steam rooms, racket ball courts, and a fitness center. There is green space on the roof for the enjoyment of all residents and each apartment has a small balcony, as well.
Units are listed by floor number and the letters A through H. If, for example, your character resides on floor 10 in the first unit, the apartment number would be 10A. Apartments will be randomly assigned. Units designated as 'singles' can house up to two people (there is only one bed, so your characters would have to be super comfy with each other or make other arrangements, such as one sleeping on the couch). Units designated as 'doubles' have two beds and can house up to four people. Individuals will begin in singles. Roommates will not be assigned randomly without the player specifically requesting it.
