Seisa is the most populace region of Anstaz. It most resembles a modern Earth urban center, boasting highrises, a business districts, and an entertainment district.

The Atrium is a high-class restaurant boasting a calming atmosphere with live plants and a trickling fountain. Though it is open well into the evening, it is mostly a daytime affair known for its brunches and afternoon tea service Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3pm to 6pm.

【 SAMAK 】
Samak lies to the East. Immediately over the river, there is little apparent difference from Seisa. However, the further East one goes, the most the city falls to disarray. The roads and buildings fall to ruin, slums and crime abound.

These regions can be found throughout Anstaz, the further one gets from the river. These communities often develop their own hierarchies and codes of conduct. They also home both those who are willingly and unwillingly there. Unsurprisingly, many who work int he Neon Districts come from the slums.

The Outlands are essentially the Wild West: a no one's land without the rules or structures of a society. It's rumored that strange happenings and even stranger creatures can be found there.
